Private Lessons
During this lesson the student will become familiar with the vehicle that they will be driving. The instructor will go over the rules of the road, road signs and traffic lights. At this point, the student's driving skill is evaluated by the instructor. During the first road trip (which is always held in a very quiet area) the instructor will teach the student the hand-over-hand method of steering. This method insures that the student will have control of the vehicle while making turns.
One Hour Lesson: $39.00
Road Test:
One hour lesson and use of the car for the road test
Use of the Sons and Daughters car for road tests is reserved for existing customers.

The New York State six hour Defensive Driving Class will reduce liability and collision insurance premiums by 10% for 3 years and reduce up to 4 existing points on an individual’s driving record.
